We offer 12 month service contracts on the entire range of Keston boilers pending a site survey.

Upgrades

We can upgrade your boiler to a more energy efficient boiler in the Keston range, carry out heat efficiency surveys on your property to identify heat loss and, pending a suitability assessment supply and install the latest in 'Greener' replacement technology such as the ground breaking new range of Air Source Heat pumps.

Re-builds

We carry spare parts for the entire Keston range and if necessary we can rebuild your boiler from scratch as a cheaper alternative to purchasing a new boiler should yours reach the end of its life cycle

We can issue gas safety certificates to both residential and commercial properties that have any of the Keston Boiler range installed. We can incorporate this in with an annual 12 month service for the quality of mind of both Landlord and tenant.

The booking team will book a call out at the most convenient time for you. All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered and specifically trained on Keston boilers with many years of experience operating on the entire range. We can cover almost every aspect of a boiler installation or upgrade with many other professional tradesmen incorporated into the Greenheat team.

Our London based Demo lab offers our customers the opportunity to see some of our products in operation, such as our Air Source Heat pump and many of the Keston boiler range both static and fully working units

We have one of the largest stocks of Keston Boiler spares in the UK. This enables us to shorten the time between diagnosing a fault on a heating system and getting it repaired. We also supply individual parts to other Gas Safe registered companies if they have been unable to source the part elsewhere. All our engineers carry almost all of the spares for both current and discontinued models of Keston boilers in their vans.

Our team includes highly skilled tradesmen specialising in all forms of fabrication, from plasters to electricians to plumbers and tilers. Once installed we can offer you a 12 month annual contract to ensure that your heating solution is properly maintained and operating at the optimum condition all year round.

Water Testing and Treatment [ Back to Top ]

Water Treatment

At our London office we stock a wide range of water testing equipment to test the effectiveness of your heating system and the quality of the water that is flowing within it. A heating system is a sealed circuit with water flowing around it. If a heating system hasn't been treated properly, rust will build up in the system which appears in the form of a black sludge'.

Over time as the metal surfaces inside the heating system begin to rust and flakes of metal will become debris in the system and they will be pushed around the system by the pump, settling at the bottom of the radiator resulting in blocked radiators unless properly treated. Blockages in radiators will actually cost you money, because as you won't be getting the level of heat you want you'll turn up the heating using more gas and oil and as a result you'll see higher fuel bills!

We use diagnostic tools and varying specifications of cleaning chemicals to treat the problem, improving the flow of water around your heating system, eliminating cold spots and ultimately saving you money. Water treatment is an important issue and one that can be of direct benefit to installers and ultimately their customers. Sentinel has devised a number of simple ways to help you help your customers.

Firstly, by cleaning and inhibiting a system, with Sentinel, system efficiency levels can be notably improved, in addition to helping reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide production. Ultimately, by using Sentinel, consumers can prolong the life of residential heating and other water systems.

Building regulations in the UK now state that all systems must be treated with a cleaner and inhibitor by law but often consumers are unsure of what this means and the perceived benefits of using water treatment
